We’re really pleased to announce a new addition to the office team but if you’ve worked with us at events recently, you’ll likely already know Farren!
Farren’s been a staple at our events since last summer, stepping up as a supervisor and team leader at places like Fontwell and Southampton FC. She’s a great fit for the HQ team because she’s spent her career balancing office work with busy bar shifts.
She’ll be taking on resourcing and supervising our large scale events with Sam, and then events solo too. Since she’s been in the thick of it at festivals like Carfest South—her personal favourite from 2025—she knows exactly what it takes to make everything run smoothly.
Farren’s really looking forward to going back to Rewind later this year too, and it’s great for us to have someone who knows the "front line" so well.

We are back at Goodwood Racecourse for the 2026 season, and we need Tote Till Operators to join us! If you love a fast-paced atmosphere and high-energy racedays, this is for you.
This is a part time position with mainly 1-2 day weeks including weekends, with 1 full week of 5 days for Glorious Goodwood Qatar Festival at the end of July.
The Essentials:
📍 Location: Goodwood Racecourse (plus training at Goodwood/Brighton/Fontwell).
💸 Pay: £12.71 per hour + accrued holiday pay (paid weekly)
👤 Who: Must be 18+ with 2+ years of till experience in retail or hospitality.
All candidates will have 1 mandatory training session at Goodwood Racecourse 9am-3pm ish on Thursday 23rd April, and 2 mandatory training days at Goodwood, Fontwell or Brighton.
🚗 Own transport is advantageous but not essential.

☀️☀️What a great day for a wedding it was last Thursday! The sun was out, the venue looked fantastic, and it was a pleasure to see Jak, Imogen, and Patric looking so sharp in their uniform.
They did a brilliant job looking after the guests and making sure the hospitality side of things ran smoothly. It’s always a highlight to see some of the classic cars at these events, too—that vintage wedding car was a real standout!
